Our Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns of unused merchandise!!!

IMPORTANT:
You MUST call us and get a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number before sending your return back to us. 410-849-2898

If you return the merchandise you purchase from us for any reason within 30 days in resaleable condition your purchase price will be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping and insuring of the package (unless the merchandise is defective - in which case WE will pay the return shipping). We reserve the right to repair defective footwear that you have used.

NOTE: IF YOUR RETURN TAKES LONGER THAN 30 DAYS TO GET BACK HERE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW US TO REFUND YOUR CARD AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE STORE CREDIT (sorry! we'll try, but this is something we don't control!)

Please read:
Items must be returned in LIKE NEW condition and in original box. (In case you're wondering, boots that have been worn off the rug are no longer LIKE NEW).

(PLEASE INSURE THE PACKAGE. Until it reaches us - you are responsible for it). When it arrives we will refund your purchase price less shipping. :)

If any item is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it and credit you cost of return postage & insurance.

Please understand, we are just like any other shoe or clothing store. We cannot accept used items back. If you return items that have obviously been used or altered, we will mark the box return to sender and send it back to you.

We will refund the purchase price and shipping of any item that is defective or has been sent to you in error.
